1. What this covers

This page is about two different things, and they have different rules: information you send us as a service company, and information about your customers that passes through One Roof once you are using it.

2. What you send us on this site

If you fill in the access request, we keep your company name, trade, city and state, phone, email, and any referral code you enter. We use it to get in touch with you about One Roof and to know who to credit if somebody referred you.

• We do not sell it and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
• We do not add you to a marketing list from this form. If we later want to send you something that is not a reply, we will ask first.
• Ask us and we will delete it. If you have become a customer by then, the account records stay for as long as we are required to keep them.

3. Your customers' information

Once you are running work through One Roof, your customer records are yours. We hold and process them on your behalf, to run the service you are paying for — not for our own purposes, and never to market to your customers.

• Another company using One Roof cannot see your customers. That isolation is enforced in the database, not by policy alone.
• We do not use your customer list to sell anything to your customers.
• If you leave, you can export your data, and nothing is held back to make leaving harder.

4. The home record

When a job is completed, One Roof keeps a record of the home it happened at — the address, what was done, and when. That record belongs to the platform, and it is what lets a homeowner eventually keep a single history of their own home across everyone who has worked on it.

What that record does not include is your pricing, your margins, your internal notes, or anything about your other customers.

5. Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor, not by us — we never see or store a full card number. Money your customers pay you goes to your own connected account, not through ours.
